Mola'yı kullanmak için hesap açmazsınız. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, konumunuzu veya sağlık verinizi istemez, toplamaz ve saklamaz.
Seçtiğiniz bölgeler, dil ve hatırlatma ayarları, yaptığınız mola sayısı ve seriniz yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu bilgiler de silinir.
Mola hatırlatmaları telefonunuzda yerel olarak oluşturulur. İzin verirseniz belirlediğiniz saatlerde bildirim gelir. İzni istediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsiniz. Bildirimler için herhangi bir sunucuya veri gönderilmez.

Mola (the "app") offers short stretching and breathing breaks for desk workers. This page explains what information is processed.
You do not need an account to use Mola. It does not ask for, collect or store your name, email address, phone number, location or health data.
Your chosen areas, language and reminder settings, your break count and your streak are stored only on your phone. They are not sent to us. If you delete the app, they are deleted too.
Mola reminders are created locally on your phone. If you allow them, you get notifications at the times you set. You can turn the permission off any time in iPhone Settings. No data is sent to any server for notifications.
Purchases are made through Apple; we never see your payment details. To check your subscription status we use the RevenueCat service. RevenueCat processes an anonymous ID and purchase information (which product you bought, subscription status). This does not tie the information to your identity and is used only to unlock Premium features. Details: revenuecat.com/privacy.
The Expo update service may be used to update the app's content. Technical information such as device type and app version may be processed; it is not personal data.
Mola shows no ads, does not track you across apps and websites, and uses no analytics or behavior-tracking tools.
Mola is not a medical treatment or diagnostic tool. Stop if a move increases your pain. See a doctor for persistent or severe pain.
Mola is for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Because we hold no personal data linked to you on our servers, there is nothing to delete or correct. You can still write to the address below with any questions (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws).

Mola (la «app») ofrece pausas cortas de estiramiento y respiración para quienes trabajan en un escritorio. Este texto explica qué información se trata.
No necesitas una cuenta para usar Mola. No solicita, recoge ni guarda tu nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, ubicación ni datos de salud.
Las zonas que eliges, el idioma y los ajustes de avisos, tu número de pausas y tu racha se guardan solo en tu teléfono. No se nos envían. Si borras la app, también se borran.
Los avisos de Mola se crean localmente en tu teléfono. Si los permites, recibes notificaciones a las horas que fijes. Puedes desactivar el permiso cuando quieras en Ajustes del iPhone. No se envían datos a ningún servidor por las notificaciones.
Las compras se hacen a través de Apple; nosotros no vemos tus datos de pago. Para comprobar el estado de tu suscripción usamos el servicio RevenueCat, que trata un identificador anónimo y datos de la compra (qué producto compraste, estado de la suscripción). Esa información no te identifica y solo sirve para activar las funciones Premium. Más información: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Se puede usar el servicio de actualizaciones de Expo para actualizar el contenido de la app. Pueden tratarse datos técnicos como el tipo de dispositivo y la versión de la app; no son datos personales.
Mola no muestra anuncios, no te sigue entre apps y sitios web, y no usa herramientas de analítica ni de seguimiento del comportamiento.
Mola no es un tratamiento médico ni una herramienta de diagnóstico. Si un movimiento aumenta tu dolor, para. Si el dolor es persistente o intenso, consulta a un médico.
Mola es para público general y no recoge datos de menores de forma deliberada.
Como no guardamos en nuestros servidores datos personales vinculados a ti, no hay nada que borrar ni corregir. Aun así, puedes escribirnos con cualquier duda (RGPD y leyes similares).

Aucun compte n’est nécessaire pour utiliser Mola. L’app ne demande, ne collecte et ne conserve ni votre nom, ni votre e-mail, ni votre numéro de téléphone, ni votre position, ni vos données de santé.
Les zones choisies, la langue et les réglages de rappel, votre nombre de pauses et votre série sont stockés uniquement sur votre téléphone. Ils ne nous sont pas envoyés. Si vous supprimez l’app, ils sont supprimés aussi.
Les rappels de Mola sont créés localement sur votre téléphone. Si vous les autorisez, vous recevez des notifications aux heures choisies. Vous pouvez retirer l’autorisation à tout moment dans les Réglages de l’iPhone. Aucune donnée n’est envoyée à un serveur pour les notifications.
Les achats passent par Apple ; nous ne voyons jamais vos informations de paiement. Pour vérifier l’état de votre abonnement, nous utilisons le service RevenueCat, qui traite un identifiant anonyme et les informations d’achat (produit acheté, état de l’abonnement). Le service de mise à jour d’Expo peut servir à mettre à jour le contenu de l’app. Des informations techniques comme le type d’appareil et la version de l’app peuvent être traitées ; ce ne sont pas des données personnelles.
Mola n’affiche aucune publicité, ne vous suit pas d’une app ou d’un site à l’autre et n’utilise aucun outil d’analyse ni de suivi du comportement.
Mola n’est ni un traitement médical ni un outil de diagnostic. Arrêtez si un mouvement augmente la douleur. En cas de douleur persistante ou intense, consultez un médecin.
Mola s’adresse à tous publics et ne collecte pas sciemment de données d’enfants.
Nous ne conservons sur nos serveurs aucune donnée personnelle liée à vous : il n’y a donc rien à supprimer ni à corriger. Vous pouvez toutefois nous écrire pour toute question (RGPD et lois similaires).

Mola ("ऐप") डेस्क पर काम करने वालों को स्ट्रेचिंग और साँस के छोटे ब्रेक देता है। यह पेज बताता है कि कौन-सी जानकारी प्रोसेस होती है।
Mola इस्तेमाल करने के लिए खाता बनाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। यह आपका नाम, ईमेल, फ़ोन नंबर, लोकेशन या स्वास्थ्य डेटा न माँगता है, न इकट्ठा करता है, न सहेजता है।
आपके चुने हुए हिस्से, भाषा और रिमाइंडर सेटिंग, ब्रेक की गिनती और लगातार दिनों का रिकॉर्ड सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में रहता है। यह हमें नहीं भेजा जाता। ऐप हटाने पर यह भी हट जाता है।
Mola के रिमाइंडर आपके फ़ोन में ही बनते हैं। अनुमति देने पर आपके तय किए समय पर नोटिफ़िकेशन आते हैं। आप कभी भी iPhone की सेटिंग्स में अनुमति बंद कर सकते हैं। नोटिफ़िकेशन के लिए किसी सर्वर पर डेटा नहीं भेजा जाता।
